Polymer Clay Necklaces

I'm excited to announce I've just released a new collection of handmade necklaces to sell in my FaithHopeLove madeit store. I love wearing a statement piece you can wear over a simply outfit to brighten your whole look. Dress it up, dress it down, reorder the colours of your clay balls - even design your own!

* 15 mm hand-rolled polymer clay balls
* 60 cm silver ball chain necklace
* All beads are sealed with a semi-sheen gloss glaze
* Colours of clay may vary slightly to the photographs depending on screen appearance
* Ball Chain necklace can be easily shortened to suit your desired length
* Each necklace is unique and one of a kind

Please note these items are not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Small parts may pose as choking hazards. Purchases come wrapped in a little clear box perfect for gift giving. Protects during postage. Due to width of beads all necklaces are sent in a 500g Australia Post Pre-Paid Satchel. Combined orders welcome.

Frozen Necklace Pendants

My little (almost) 5 yo has a slight obsession with Elsa from the latest Disney Princess' movie 'FROZEN'. Scrolling through Etsy one evening I can across these very cute little digital clip art file for some glass tile pendants so I made her a couple. Anyway, they haven't left her neck so I thought I'd list some on my Facebook page to see if they generate any interest. Ernie & Bird Dancing Ribbon Rings

Ernie & Bird Dancing Ribbon Rings are so much fun! Your child will love running around the garden playing with these beautiful ribbon rings and using his/her imagination! They are perfect for creative play, dance school costume accessories, supporting your favourite sports team or even hanging from a hook and watching them move in a soft breeze in your child's bedroom!

Each dancing ribbon ring is sold separately to allow you to collect a variety of different colours and themes. Dancing ribbon rings measure approximately 60-70cm and are secured to a 8cm wooden ring and feature 5 jingle bells.

Time to Cuddle Up!

The weather in Melbourne is rapidly cooling down so I thought it was time I finished my HUGE collection of lavender heat packs I've had sitting on my sewing desk for months! I have just released a collection of around 50 new designs featuring beautiful 100% cotton fabrics from Australia and the USA. Many of these designs are one-offs so if you do like one in particular don't count on me being able to whip you up another if it sells out.

So here's why I love my cuddle bags... they are made with 100% quilting designer cotton and corduroy fabrics and filled with Australian grown wheat and lavender. I use lavender purchased from Warratina Lavender Farm in the Yarra Valley outside of Melbourne (this farm is a great place to visit and make sure you try Annemarie's lavender scones!)

 Ernie & Bird Cuddle Bags can be used as heat packs that are heated in the microwave or cold packs that are kept in the freezer.They easily mould to the contour of your body and are perfect to cuddle up on the lounge with, use while traveling or take to bed to keep your tootsies warm! As they are filled with lavender they are an excellent sleep companion and may assist in settling young children and relaxing adults!

Never misplace your keys again!

I've been playing around with dummy clips over the past few weeks and while I wait for more ribbons to arrive (especially boy-themed patterns for the demand!) I thought I'd make up some key chains for mummy & daddy! I am really happy with the design and surprised at how incredibly sturdy they are - hubby was even impressed the sewing machine needle went through them!

They are ideal for keeping your keys safe with a lobster clasp to attach inside your bag or simply hold your keys on. The strap is long enough to hang on my wrist but could be a little tight on a larger wrist. But I am more than happy to custom make longer versions if required.

They are an ideal gift for friends, teachers, family and even Chrissie Kringle which will be here before we know it! Also happy to sell in bulk to wholesale stockists or to schools for  markets including Father's Day gift stalls.

New Tea Bag Wallets In Store!

Secondly, I have listed some new stock in the Ernie & Bird store today! I've made up an adorable range of Tea Bag Wallets to keep your favourite teas in when you're out and about! The perfect little wallet to keep your own tea bags in your handbag or office draw! No need to drink horrible tea when you're out and about - just pull out your adorable wallet and listen to the compliments flow as you sip away!

This adorable little wallet hold 4 x Twinings tea bags (6.5cm x 8cm in packaging) or alike. Why not use it to store some basic medical supplies like Panadol and Bandaids or even needle and thread for quick alterations?

The Mini Cooper Collection is Back!

In 2010 Ernie & Bird has a Mini Cooper collection of printed baby bodysuits and T-Shirts for toddlers and I've finally got around to making some more! You can find the limited number of items for sale in both my madeit store and eBay where mini enthusiasts snap them up!

There is a selection of sizes ranging from 00-1 and custom orders can be made depending on me being able to stock requested sizes.
